Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All packages will be sent through USPS. Processing can take up to 7 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number for your package. Shipping can take 3-5 days. Fox & Flower is not responsible for any damages caused during transit to your location.

Pick-Up Options

If you would like to pick up your order you can do so in Shiloh, IL. If you chose this option, you will get a follow up email with options and details to pick your order up once it has been processed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return any product please email foxandflowerkids@gmail.com with the item description and invoice number within 30 days of receiving your order. We will email you back with a shipping label and the item must be shipped back within 7 days to receive a full product refund. If the item is shipped back after the first 7 days but within 30 days of receiving the return label you will receive a refund of the product by store credit. If you do not have an invoice # only a store credit will be issued.  Items that are returned must be unworn, unwashed, original tags attached, free of stains, odors, animal hair, or any other damages. Please allow 5-10 business days to process returns once delivered back.

 

Teethers, pacifiers, utensils, bibs, etc. cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.  

 

Sales are final on Holiday and Sale items.
